How does the 100-day return policy work?

We have designed our suitcases, bags, and accessories to be perfect travel companions. If you decide that this is not the product for you, for whatever reason, send it back to us within 100 days of placing your order and we’ll reimburse you your money. The products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

The 100-day return policy does not apply for the following:

  • Used items - products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging
  • Personalised items - these are made bespoke and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • You have already returned the item once previously (an item can be returned once per order)
  • You have ordered 20 or more individual items, or you purchased more than 50 items within a 6 month period (applies to both individual and corporate customers) 

All our products are made to last, and our Lifetime Warranty for luggage and 5 year warranty for travel bags & accessories on manufacturing faults applies.

 

 

What’s your return and exchange policy?

If you decide that your July product isn’t for you, you can return or exchange it anytime within the 100 day returns policy. Request a return by simply emailing us at help.usa@july.com and we’ll take care of it for you. 

We reserve the right to refuse orders and refunds, including those which our payments processing partners have identified as fraudulent.

July covers the cost of return shipping if you’ve bought from the contiguous USA. If you reside outside of this area you’ll need to cover the cost to return the product back to July i.e. if you had your case delivered to the United States, flew to London and wanted to return the case, you’ll have to cover the shipping costs.

To be eligible for a full refund ensure all original parts and packaging are included and settings are restored. Things we check for:

  • The product is unused and is in original, saleable condition.
  • The compression pad and laundry bag are still inside.
  • The power bank is still inside of the Carry On.
  • The code of your case has been reset to 000.
  • Original packaging is provided in original, saleable condition.
