Open the suitcase and locate the back of the tracker.
Pull the plastic tab. The device should beep once, and the indicator light will blink.
Open the Find Hub app on your Android device.
Step 2: Pairing with Android Devices
Ensure your July Luggage and Android device are close to each other.
A pop-up notification will appear on your Android device stating a new device has been found.
If the pop-up does not appear:
Open the Settings app.
Navigate to Google > All Services > Devices.
Ensure Scan for nearby devices is enabled.
You will see a list of devices under Available devices nearby.
Tap July Luggage once it appears on the list.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup. (You may be prompted to enable Bluetooth, Location, and other features if they are not already turned on.)
Your July Luggage is now paired with your Google Account and can be used with the Find Hub app.
Unpairing from Android Devices
Open the Find Hub app.
Select July Luggage.
Tap the Settings button.
Tap Remove from Find Hub and follow the on-screen prompts.
Changing The Battery
Open the suitcase and locate the back of the trackable TSA lock.
Use a flat object to twist off the battery cap.
Use a pointed utensil to remove the battery and replace with a new CR2032 battery.
Use a flat object to twist the battery cap on.
Do not remove the screw from the battery cover.
Doing so will void the warranty.
Factory Reset
If previously paired with an Android device, your CaseSafe tracker will need a factory reset before pairing with iOS.
Unpair the device from the Find Hub app.
Remove and reinsert the battery five times in succession, ensuring that each removal occurs within 5 seconds of the previous reinsertion.
The indicator will chime three times, confirming the reset.

Checking Connection Status
Press the button once to check the connection status:
Unpaired → 1 blink, 3 chimes
Paired but Disconnected → 1 blink, 3 chimes
Paired and Connected → 1 blink, 1 chime
If the device is ringing (due to a ping from the app), press the button once to silence it.
How to Disable an Unknown CaseSafe Device
If you receive a notification about an unknown CaseSafe device nearby, you can make it ring by tapping the notification. Once you locate it, follow these steps to disable it:
Unlock and unzip the suitcase.
Locate the battery cover (on the rear of the tracker).
Use a coin or flat tool to open the cover.
Remove the battery.
