How do I earn points?

Create an account for 45 points, then earn 1 point per $1 spent (more at higher tiers), plus points for reviews, referrals, birthdays and following us on social.

How do I redeem points?

At checkout, apply points in increments of 500 as a discount on anything in your cart — 500 points = $30 off. No minimum spend and no product cap.

Do my points expire?

Points last 18 months from your last activity. Platinum members' points never expire.

How do the tiers work?

Your tier is based on your spend over a rolling 12 months. Gold and Platinum also require a minimum number of orders (2 and 3). Higher tiers earn points faster and unlock better perks.

Can I use points during a sale?

Points stack with our everyday bundle pricing, but can't be combined with sitewide sales or promo codes.

How does referral work?

Share your referral link. Your friend gets $35 off their first order over $150, and you earn 500 points once their order ships.
