1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is July (A.B.N. 95 627 373 111) of (69 Rupert St, Collingwood VIC 3066) (Promoter).

3. Competition is a game of chance. Residents of South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory are not eligible to enter this competition.
4. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged eighteen years or over only. Employees of July, Revolve, Hong Kong Tourism Board and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies, agencies, and residents of South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory are not eligible to enter this competition are ineligible to enter.
5. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.
6. Promotion commences and closes on the dates shown below.
· Entry Period. Commencement: 7 October, 2025 at 12.00pm AEST
· Entries Close: 31 October, 2025 at 11.59pm AEST
7. Winner will be selected at random on 3 November 2025, and notified via Direct Message, Email or Phone. Winner must respond within 72 hours to claim prize, or prize will be redrawn. Redraw will be based on remaining competition entrants.
8. To enter, entrants must follow the entry instructions and complete all required fields. Entries must be received by 11.59pm on the closing date. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid.
9. One entry per person and per household. Multiple entries from the same person or same household will be disqualified.
10. The promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. All competition entrants must reside in Australia. Winners entering from outside Australia will be disqualified.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
13. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter. Additionally, all literary works submitted as part of an entry become the property of the Promoter and it is a condition of entry that those literary works may be used by the Promoter for their own promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction. The promoter may share the entry details with the prize provider.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.
15. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.
16. Terms and conditions of any prize tickets must be adhered to. Some prize components have age restrictions and these must also be adhered to.
17. The prize pool includes:
- Holiday voucher valued at AUD$7500 for flights, accommodation and holiday experiences in Hong Kong PLUS 1 x July Classic Checked Set from July valued at AUD$740
- The full prize and all elements (including flights, accommodation and holiday experiences) will be booked by a nominated travel agent, as appointed by Hong Kong Tourism Board
- All flights included in the prize are ex-Australia
- Prizes can only be sent to addresses in Australia and any tickets are only valid in or from Australia
18. Should the value of the selected trip be under $7,500 AUD, the remaining funds will be forfeited.
19. Should the value of the selected trip exceed $7,500AUD, the difference will be covered at the winner's expense prior to departure, and paid directly to the nominated travel agent
20. Prize value is able to be allocated to the nominated winner and their immediate family, a nominated travel partner. Maximum passengers to be booked are 5.
21. The full trip to Hong Kong, including all elements, must be booked and confirmed 4 weeks after the date that the winner is advised
22. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
23. Prize does not include:
· Passport and visa costs
· Flights departing from any port other than Australian ports
· Any travel, accommodation or experience element that is unable to be booked by the nominated travel agent
· Only land, air and experiences that are available to be booked by the nominated travel agent are available to be taken as part of this prize
24. Prize does not include ancillary costs that relate to travel elements that are unbookable by travel agent (eg passport & visa costs, spending money (incl cash or travel card), souvenirs, ancillaries).
25. These Terms and Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on the July website, and may be updated from time to time.
26. Winner must provide valid ID, complete required forms, and handle all tax obligations.
27. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify for rule violations or inappropriate behaviour. Winner grants permission for promotional use of name/likeness. Sponsors not liable for technical issues or disputes.
