Gift Card Terms & Conditions

SECTION 1 - General Information

1. July Gift Cards are issued by July & Co Pty Ltd ("July," "we," "us," or "our").
2. By purchasing or using a July Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law and may be updated from time to time without notice.
    

SECTION 2 - Types of Gift Cards

1. Digital Gift Cards are delivered via email and can be used online or in-store.
2. Physical Gift Cards are only available for purchase at July retail stores and can be used online or in-store.
    

SECTION 3 - Validity and Expiration

1. Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
2. Any remaining balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.
3. The expiration date cannot be extended.
    

SECTION 4 - Purchase and Payment

1. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using promotional discounts or special offers.
2. Gift Cards must be purchased at full face value.
3. Payment for Gift Cards must be made using accepted payment methods at time of purchase.
    

SECTION 5 - Usage and Redemption

1. Gift Cards can be redeemed:
   1. Online at july.com
   2. At any July retail store
2. Digital Gift Cards will be delivered immediately via email with redemption instructions.
3. To redeem online, enter the Gift Card number at checkout
4. Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction.
5. If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using another payment method.
6. If the purchase amount is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will be available for future purchases until expiration.
    

SECTION 6 - Restrictions and Limitations

1. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Gift Cards cannot be resold or transferred for value.
3. July reserves the right to refuse any Gift Card that appears to be fraudulently obtained or used.
4. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced.
5. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
    

SECTION 7 - Balance and Transactions

1. Gift Card balance can be checked by contacting July customer service here
2. July is not responsible for unauthorised use of Gift Cards.
3. All transactions are final once completed.

SECTION 9 - Additional Terms

1. July reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards and/or accounts that show signs of fraud.
2. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
3. Any dispute regarding Gift Cards will be resolved in accordance with July's dispute resolution procedures.
